Custom Phone Cases: Custom phone cases created by the customer are eligible for return only if the case arrives with a defect or damage not attributable to the customer. Claims regarding such defects or damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product (tracked via the tracking number).

If a custom case is lost or damaged due to postal mishandling (e.g., loss in transit), we will replace it with an identical one or an alternative of your choice, upon confirmation of the loss by the postal service. Please note that any exchange for reasons other than MobiWire error will be at the customer's expense.

Cases from Our Collection: Cases from our existing collection may be returned if they are delivered damaged or with printing defects. Returns of customized items for reasons other than MobiWire errors are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We take responsibility for the delivery of the product to our customers and ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note the following important points:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For exchanges, please specify the desired replacement item, including any customization details.
