Goods Delivery Information from Case4You.ee Online Store

Goods purchased from the Case4You.eu online store are delivered by regular mail to your address within 5-15 business days. Generally, the goods we sell are small-scale and arrive directly at your home mailbox in secure envelopes.

Absolutely every purchase comes with a tracking number; our delivery partner is DHL eCommerce.

The standard delivery time is 7-10 business days (up to a maximum of 14 business days) after shipment confirmation from our side.

For example, if you place an order on the 1st of the month and the order reaches us by 16:00 local time, we will send it to print the same day. Printing usually takes 1 day (up to a maximum of 3 days), depending on the workload. After the product is printed, we send it to you immediately, along with a confirmation and a tracking number. Thus, if an order is fulfilled on the 1st, the expected delivery date is the 11th.

If a customer provides incorrect delivery details (recipient's name, address, postal code, contact phone number), the delivery date of the order may change. If delivery details change, please inform us as soon as possible at info@case4you.eu.

IMPORTANT! The seller cannot guarantee that the ordered goods will reach the customer within the specified time frame. Unforeseen circumstances, such as increased volumes during the holiday period or logistical errors by the carrier, may cause delivery delays.

Upon receipt of the shipment, please check its condition. If you notice any damage to the shipment, you have the right not to accept the package. Upon receipt of the package, if you discover a defect, you must notify us in writing within three business days; otherwise, the shipment will be considered delivered without any claims.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive emails about the status of your order to the provided email address. If you are registered in our online store, you can find your order history there, including shipment tracking numbers. If you have received an automated email about the delivery of the shipment but have not yet received it, please contact the mentioned contacts as soon as possible.
